Anaerobic threshold
If training keep to conduct,while gradually increasing the training intensity,the ventilatory volume and carbon dioxide enission rapidly increase after certain training intensity point and then the blood lactate concentration also increase.The training intensity is called Anaerobic threshold.The action indicated to mobilizing anaerobiotic energy supply mechanism.
In case of athletics it will happen after conduct endurance training.
Adjusting your heart rate during exercise
Heart rate(The heart contraction how frequently per minute)
Once cardiac output(Outputted blood volume from left ventricle when the heart contracted once)
Cardiac output(The heart output blood volume per minute)
Calucuration⇩
Cardiac output(ml/min)=Heart rate(op/min)×Once cardiac output(ml/op)
※Thypically maximum heart rate is indicated「220-age」
The most optimal heart rate⇩
「220-age」×60~75%
