Muscle fiber and anaerobic threshold
Regarding to anaerobic threshold, in case of conduct same exercise, people who has much FT fiber that lactic acid value higher than people who has much ST fiber.
Therefore, if anaerobic threshold is high, who has much ST fiber, further if it has much ST fiber the maximum amount of oxygen is high.
To training for increase ST fiber to muscle,get the whole body endurance ability but, if conduct like long distance training, have an adverse on people who has much FT fiber.
Aerobic exercise and muscle fiber
Regarding to muscle fiber article⇩
Muscle fiber has mainly 2 types. FT fiber can be divided into FG(Fast twitch glycolytic fiber) and FOG(Fast twitch oxdative glycolytic fiber)
ST fiber can be divided into SO(Slow twitch oxdative fiber)
Mainly SO fiber is mobilized for walking and jogging.
If it speed up, FOG fiber is mobilized with SO fiber.
Even if heart rate up, like marathon runner can maintain stable condition due to hard practice. And then FG fiber is mobilized as well.
If FG fiber is mobilized for aerobic exercise and then repeated training, it becomes such as FOG fiber and get to tough body.
